Die Präventionskurse finden in kleinen Gruppen statt und werden von erfahrenen, zertifizierten Trainer:innen geleitet. Ob in unserem Aktivraum (Pilates) oder draußen an der frischen Luft (Nordic Walking) – du trainierst sicher, strukturiert und nach klaren Kursinhalten, die von den Krankenkassen zertifiziert sind.

Die Präventionskurse sind ideal für alle, die ihre Gesundheit stärken, Verspannungen vorbeugen und den Bewegungsapparat langfristig stabilisieren möchten – auch ohne akute Beschwerden.Wenn du deine Fitness verbessern willst, eine professionelle Anleitung suchst oder nach der Therapie weiter aktiv bleiben möchtest, sind unsere §20-Kurse die perfekte Ergänzung.Dank Krankenkassenzuschuss können bis zu 100 % der Kurskosten übernommen werden.
Pricing
Thanks to health insurance subsidies, up to 100% of the course costs can be covered. Please check with your health insurance provider in advance to find out how much they will cover. Each course consists of 10 weekly sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. You pay the €150 participation fee upfront; upon completion of the course, you will receive the certificate of attendance required by your health insurance provider to reimburse your costs.

Pilates
Using slow, focused movements, our ZPP-certified instructor and physiotherapist leads weekly one-hour group sessions in our spacious activity area to improve your flexibility, strength, and stability. Mats are provided on-site for all participants.
Osteoletics
In our weekly Osteoletics courses, our certified physiotherapist combines approaches from physiotherapy, osteopathy, back health training, stability training, and relaxation techniques. Participants receive professional guidance to help them achieve long-term relaxation, strength, well-being, and pain relief.
Nordic Walking
Our certified Nordic Walking courses are a highly effective, low-impact full-body workout perfect for strengthening your cardiovascular system, back, and arms in the fresh air. Poles are not provided, so please bring your own to the course.
