- Reception of patients and coordination of the practice process on site
- scheduling
- Receiving inquiries by phone or email
- recipe management
- Working with practice software
- Responsibility for preparing and carrying out the settlement
- Communication with health insurance companies and doctors
- Close cooperation with management and practice management
That's what you bring
- Education or initial professional experience in the health sector is welcome, but not a must
- Enjoy working with people, you are the good soul of the practice
- Safe use of the PC and ideally already experience in using practical software
- Ability to work in a team, organizational, communication and empathy
- German language skills at a very good level, as well as at least good spoken and written English language skills
