- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer fachlichen Leitungs-, Teamleitungs- oder Mentorrolle
- Leidenschaft für evidenzbasierte und aktive Physiotherapie
- Freude daran, Mitarbeitende fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und Wissen zu vermitteln
- Hohe Qualitätsorientierung sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Führungskompetenz
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitaler Dokumentation und Qualitätsmanagement
- Interesse daran, moderne Therapiekonzepte aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickel
- Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Planung und Durchführung von Therapieplänen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Physiotherapeut/in
- Du bist sportlich und hast Interesse an aktiver Physiotherapie
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung der beruflichen Kenntnisse
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und sorgfältige Dokumentation der Behandlungsverläufe
- Interesse an Zusatzprogrammen und Arbeit abseits der Therapieliege
